Norton Fitzwarren

An area of derelict industrial land along the Norton Brook in Taunton was developed in to a housing estate. The site originally accommodated bats, otters, reptiles and nesting birds. Suitable mitigation measures were incorporated, including a designated bat house, otter holts and a future river management plan. Read more...

Charlton Musgrove

This development converted disused barns into a large residential property. Clarkson & Woods were consulted regarding the presence of roosting bats and badgers present on site.
