The new licence will reduce paperwork delays on building sites, although please be aware that as with all licenced badger work, works under the new low impact class licenses can only be undertaken during the period July to November inclusive to avoid disturbing badgers with dependant young.
Only specialists with the required high level of knowledge and experience in excluding badgers from setts are able to register to act under the new class licence system, so we are thrilled that Tom is one of the first to be registered, as are our clients. It's been a busy badger season for Tom!
