Part-Time Office Administrator
Are you organised, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers? We looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our friendly admin team in rural Blackford.
The Role
This is a varied and flexible role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business. The position includes bookkeeping and financial administration alongside general office support, equipment and vehicle checks.
Typical duties will include:
Maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
Providing general office and administrative support
What We’re Looking For
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- A good eye for detail and accuracy, particularly with numbers
- Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team
- Previous admin, bookkeeping, or accounts experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility and willingness to pitch in and help other team members when required
What We Offer
- Part time role – 16 hours per week over 2 to 4 days
- A welcoming and friendly team environment
- £13 – £15 per hour
